Shipping Policy

• We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, and EMS for fast and secure delivery.
• Processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Delivery time: 3-10 business days, depending on location.

Import & Customs Policy

• Customers outside South Korea are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and local regulations.
• Bulk orders may require import licenses or regulatory approvals in certain countries.
• For U.S. buyers: Some aesthetic medical products (e.g., Botilinum toxin, Fillers) may require FDA clearance. Customers must check local requirements before purchasing.
• If the package is delayed, held, or returned due to customs, Gasupply is not responsible for reshipping or refunds.

Restricted & High-Risk Shipments

• We do not ship to countries with import restrictions on certain aesthetic medical products.
• If your order is rejected by customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange clearance or return shipping.

A Tracking Number is created to track the product and you can track the shipment.

If delivery is delayed by more than 10 days, please contact the Customs of your Country or the Customer Service Center of your Local Logistics Company directly. Delivery delays may be due to issues with Documents and Qualifications required for Customs Clearance and Taxation according to the Destination Country’s Tax Laws, and Gasupply is not involved in taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.
